Festive Scoop the Loop

Instead of doing a Light Parade this year, we’re going to do a festive Scoop the Loop! This will be held on Saturday, December 12th at 6:00 PM on Main Street. People are encouraged to light up their vehicles or decorate them festively! The Rialto will be selling popcorn, and raffle tickets will be sold for raising funds for the Elbert Park improvement project. Also be on the lookout for specials from businesses during this time.
